I paint from photographs I take of my subjects. In doing so I have had some amazing experiences.

We did the unveiling of Jill's portrait at The Art Bank on Mass Avenue in Indy.
Jill is simply a wonderful person.

Shelbi, beside her portrait the night of the unveiling. I took about 200 shots of her and could have painted any one of them.

Nicolle was just a darling.
Prior Io the photo shoot we had her hair done by "I Do Hair By Danie"
I wish I could have had the opportunity to work with Nicolle for more than this one portrait.
From South America, she has the olive complexion you see in fashion prints.

We did the photo shoot deep in the heart of The Great Smoky Mountains.
That shoot was magical for all of us involved. It took all day and wore everyone out, but what an amazing time we had.

Lula and Ginny at The Ordinary Restaurant in Nashville, Indiana.
I had intended to paint them together but decided to do each one separately.
I admit it, I love both of these girls.

"Stormy Sea" was a really easy painting to do, even if it is a rather large thing.
Prints are available on this website.
